To provide the best possible style the day of your wedding, bridal trial runs are highly encouraged however they are not required.

 

To reserve your appointments, Berkshire requires a valid card on file that will be charged in full day-of, after services are rendered. Card can be changed at any time between booking and wedding day. All services will be charged to the card on file, we do not accept multiple payments for wedding parties.

 

Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of your event will be subject to our 50% cancellation fee. Should any changes need to be made, please contact our front desk team at your earliest opportunity so we can adjust accordingly.

 

Should same day add-ons occur, our stylists will try their best to accommodate your requests, however only pre-booked services are guaranteed due to timing constraints.

 

If wedding party is more than 15 minutes late, our stylists may not be able to perform all scheduled services. We will do our best to accommodate you but make no guarantees; any services not able to be performed due to tardiness, client will still pay full price.

 

To ensure each client receives the style requested, please arrive to your appointment with clean, dry hair that is free of product; on-location stylists do not carry blow-dryers and due to time constraints, will not be able to perform special event styling or curling styles if hair is damp/wet.

Gratuity is not automatically included in bridal pricing--gratuity is always appreciated but never expected or required!
