Answer:
At our spa, Client Coordinators are the first point of contact for our guests. They manage all front desk responsibilities including booking appointments, checking clients in and out, handling phone and email communications, and assisting with retail sales.
Guest Services team members work behind the scenes to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. They help maintain the cleanliness of the facility, keep supplies stocked (like robes and towels), and support overall spa operations.
